From the inside and the outside

I've done this from the inside and the outside. I was employee #4 at Bounce, a campus events and ticketing platform, and grew into Head of Global Operations, where I ran one of the largest cross-border student ambassador networks a Canadian company has built (acquired by Showpass). Since then I've stood up ambassador programs across Southeast Asia, coached founders at Cansbridge Scholars, run creator programming at Stan, and built AI and ops systems that let small teams punch above their size.

The range is the point

I'm a generalist, and I've stopped treating that like something to apologize for. Founder-adjacent work rewards the person who can see the whole board: the program, the systems behind it, the community it creates, and the people it's all for. My background stacks the same way. I trained as an educator (B.Ed and B.Sc from Queen's, physics focus), which is really training in how people learn and change. I've worked as a copywriter and a wilderness guide. I'm an independent country-folk musician with releases on SiriusXM and CBC and festival credits including Cavendish Beach and NXNE. Different rooms, same instinct: work out what people actually need, then go build it.
